Banking - Deposits

You may fund your poker account by using an international wire transfer directly from your own bank account. Wire transfer is a secure way of transferring funds, but may be relatively expensive for small amounts compared to other ewallet solutions.

Instructions
To send a wire transfer you have to make a request to your local bank and ask for their specific procedure. Depending on your bank, they may accept your request in a simple email, via internet bank, or you may need to fill in a special form. Please check with your bank.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to put down your username and transaction ID as a reference when you send money by wire.

Requirements
A bank transfer fee applies for bank transfers smaller than $1000 (see fees below).

Fees

• All transfers of $1000 or more are credited to your account without fees.
• For transfers below $1000, the fees that we pay to our bank will apply, normally less than $5.
• Be aware that we do not accept to pay "sender's bank charges", however if we do pay these, the fees will be charged to your account.
• For more information on costs, please contact your bank.

Processing time
Please allow up to 5 days for your transfer to appear in your players account.
Immediately upon confirmation from our bank we will update your account balance and send you an email confirming that your account has been updated with the deposited funds.

• First name and last name
• Your username
• The amount sent
