Promotions are created as an extra offer to reward new and existing players within the Action Poker Network (APN). APN encourages players to participate in promotions but also has the responsibility of refraining players from abusing them. Any promotion abuse that comes to the attention of APN may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions for that particular player or party. Our definition of abuse by a player includes but is not limited to the use of promotional offers without the player ever risking their own funds. Meaning the use of questionable funds in our promotions could carry negative consequences.

• Players are eligible to play in these satellite tournaments by paying the buy–in for the event.
• This package is non–transferable and non–exchangeable. If you win, you must play or forfeit the package.
• Players who have never made a deposit throughout the ACTION POKER NETWORK, which will be referred herein as "The Company", are eligible for this promotion. Subsequent accounts and deposits will not be eligible.
• Players are only allowed one active account. The name on a player’s APN account must match the name on their payment method(s) used to make the deposit or the prize will be void.
• This promotion will run from July 4th 2008 – October 5th 2008.
• The Final event will be played October 5th 2008 at 3pm EST.
• The final event will have a $50 + $4 buy-in and it will have the option to rebuy during the first hour of play and an add-on at the first break.
• This offer is not available for US players.
• The "Irish Masters" winner will be contacted within 24 hours after the completion of tournament in order to arrange the details for the details.
• The winner needs to have flight availability for the dates of the trips awarded in the tournament.
• The winner is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel and visa documents.
• All qualifying tournaments will be No Limit Hold’em.
• Winner must be 21 years of age to play in the Event. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID) and validated e–mail address.
• By participating in the Event you grant Break Away Casino the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
• The player who qualifies through this tournament is required to wear Break Away Casino logo–wear exclusively.
• During the Event, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the Event, or any other behavior that the Event sponsor, in its sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct during the course of the Event. If you are penalized or disqualified from the Event as a result of any rules infraction, The Company assumes no responsibility for your entry, which may be forfeited.
• You confirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your Break Away Casino account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the Event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the Event’s packages.
• If a participant cannot be contacted from the information provided in the Break Away Casino's registration forms, the Company reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion.
• No player may have more than one APN account. If APN detects a player with more than one account, we reserve the right to relocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the extra account(s). Any bonuses given to the extra account will be removed.
• Action Poker Network reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time without warning.
• Tournament currencies are for the life of the tournament and expire after the final event.
• First prize includes: Airfare, hotel accommodations for 4 nights, entry into Irish Masters taking place on October 25th 2008 and spending money.
