Terms and Conditions
Promotions are created as an extra offer to reward new and existing players within the Action Poker Network (APN). APN encourages players to participate in promotions but also has the responsibility of refraining players from abusing them. Any promotion abuse that comes to the attention of APN may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions for that particular player or party. The use of multiple accounts and the use of questionable funds in our promotions could carry negative consequences.
- The tournaments will be structured to be No Limit Hold’Em.
- Subsequent accounts and deposits created by the same player will not be eligible.
- The League of Champions Finals will take place on July 27th, 2008 at 5PM EST.
- The tournament leader board will be updated manually and posted on our site within 48 hours of the completion of the weekly tournaments.
- The "League of Champions Final" winner will be contacted within 24 hours after the completion of tournament in order to arrange the details for the trip he has chosen.
- The "League of Champions Final" winner needs to have flight availability for the dates of the trips awarded in the tournament.
- The "League of Champions Final" winner needs to have a valid passport.
- Entry into the finals and the grand prize are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and has no cash value. It must either be accepted or forfeited.
- The "League of Champions Final" will be a pre-registered tournament. All eligible players will be automatically registered for the event.
- The electronic prizes offered for the "League of Champions Final" are subject to availability of item; the prize may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. It will be BreakAwayCasino.com's decision of a fair exchange if required.
- Players are only allowed one active account. The name on a player's APN account must match the name on their payment method(s) used to make the deposit or the bonus will be void. This will avoid the player from having double the opportunity to win.
- All players will be required to give proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID) and validated e-mail address if needed at any time.
- By participating in the Event you grant APN the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
- These tournaments are not valid to US players.
- In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of this tournament, the decision of APN's management is final.
- The first prize offered is a number of alternate choices announced throughout the tournament, including an entry into the LAPT or a trip to London.
